Christmas at the castle of delights

The Château d'Azay-le-Rideau is decked out in the most beautiful Christmas colours as part of the 6th edition of the "Christmas in the Land of Castles" event. Véronique Chauvet, an artist and cook by trade, is offering a setting for the château on the theme of delicacies and is filling all the rooms with papier-mâché creations. Her original Christmas dishes, combined with glass and velvet baubles, wreaths, trees and other plant decorations, interact respectfully with the refined textiles and precious materials that decorate the different rooms of the castle.
A programme of activities and visits on the theme of gourmet delights also punctuates the end-of-year holidays to share these festive moments together.
