It's the end of the harvest, and families, neighbors and children return from the fields, tired but happy. It's time to celebrate: the banquet is set up on tables placed on trestles, the accordion is brought out, and spontaneous, joyful singing sets the mood for the evening! The little country ball makes us happy...
Starting at 7pm, take your seats for a simple meal based on our country tradition: fouées, little bubbles of freshly baked bread topped with Tours rillettes, fresh cheese with garlic and herbs, sausage rougail, Sainte-Maure de Touraine and farm honey.
